I keep reading pundits who decry BP's oil spill PR efforts as being woefully inadequate. Or doing a poor job. Or spinning out of control.
In my view as a PR practitioner, I don't think BP has a PR problem. I think it has an operational problem. If BP could have stopped the oil from spewing from the ocean floor two weeks ago, or if it could even halt it now, a lot of negative publici ...
